Each hole on the model shows the name, logo and link of one of the club’s partners. You offer these spots to your sponsors, and their contributions can cover the cost of the model.

Safety and regulations
Flights done by the book, a course that stays yours.
Flights are carried out by a professional partner drone pilot, registered as an operator and insured for aerial work. Every shoot complies with the European drone regulations, enforced in France by the DGAC, the French civil aviation authority.

Zones and permissions checked before every flight, especially near airports.
Never over players
Flights in a slot agreed with the club, never over people.
Liability insurance
Partner pilot covered by professional liability insurance for aerial work.

FAQ
Your questions, answered.
What is a 3D golf course model?
A 3D view of every hole on your course that visitors control themselves: they spin it, spot the hazards and check the par, length and handicap of the hole. It is displayed right on the club’s website, on desktop and mobile, to make people want to come and play.
How long does it take?
Allow about 2 weeks for the Essential offer, from your order and receipt of the course information. With Premium, the model goes live about 4 weeks after the drone flight, whose date depends on the weather and a quiet slot on the course.
What if we don’t like the model?
You only pay once you have approved it. We refine it with you until you are happy with it; if you still aren’t, you pay nothing. With Premium, only the deposit covering the drone flight remains due, since the flight has taken place.
What happens if we cancel the subscription?
The €100 excl. VAT yearly subscription covers hosting, upkeep of the model and the club area. You can cancel it in writing at least one month before the renewal date, at no cost. The model is then no longer displayed from that date, but you keep the images and videos delivered and can go on using them to promote the course.
Does it work with WordPress or Wix?
Yes, and with any website that accepts a block of code: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Jimdo and more. The model embeds like a YouTube video, with a short snippet of code that we provide. If you don’t have a webmaster, we will walk you through it.
The club receives the right to use the models, images and videos delivered to promote its course: website, social media, printed material. Vue du Tee keeps the source files and may show the project in its portfolio, unless you object.
